Lydia Binder joins TEAM 皇冠体育官网 as Athletic Trainer for 皇冠体育官网 Athletics. She is from Muren, Mongolia, and currently lives in Macon. Miss Binder earned her Bachelor of Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and her Master of Education from North Greenville University. She has previously worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at North Greenville University, an Assistant Athletic Trainer at North Greenville University, and an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Mercer University. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, canoeing, and campfires. Miss Binder looks forward to getting to know all of Viking Nation.
Mrs. Anna Hooper will serve as a 1st grade teacher this year, after working as a 2nd grade aid for the previous two years. Mrs. Hooper received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Covenant College. She has taught Pre-K at Springdale Elementary, and 1st grade at 皇冠体育官网 earlier in her career. Mrs. Hooper and her husband Will have two kids—Lawson (2nd grade) and Ellie (1st grade).
Mrs. Mindy Krejci returns to 皇冠体育官网 this year to work as Lower School Computer Teacher/IT Support. She worked as an Elementary Music Teacher Bibb County Schools, Lower School Music Teacher at 皇冠体育官网, Music Teacher at North Macon Presbyterian Weekday Preschool, and Ministry Intern at Central City Church. Originally from Metamora, Illinois, Mrs. Krejci received a Bachelor of Music Education from Illinois State University and a Master of Science in Christian Psychological Studies from Richmont Graduate University. She is also working on a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. She and her husband Kyle have two children at 皇冠体育官网—Calder will be in 2nd grade and Silas will be in Kindergarten. She plays the keyboard on the worship team at Central City Church on occasion and considers herself a research nerd that loves to learn about new things. “I am thankful that God has brought me back to 皇冠体育官网,” Mrs. Krejci said. “It feels like coming ‘home.’ I believe ministry happens wherever we go as followers of Christ, not just in a church context. I am honored to be included in the ministry and mission of 皇冠体育官网 and cannot wait to see what God has in store for all of us this year!”
